LF- T43P CPU fan assembly (pic)

My son's T43p is making a lot of noise in the fan area; I opened and it seems the motor bearings are worn out because there is some movement when you move the fan side to side.
So... Now I need a replacement for the fan, please one that is in excellent condition because my 12yrs old son loves his T43p silence when it's working properly. LOL!
