$90 shipped in the US - or BEST OFFER. (Add $40 for international shipping)

I got this system from a friend who said it was giving him problems. The system hasn't been used for over a year. The LCD had just been replaced by IBM before he stopped using it, so the LCD is relatively new.

When he gave it to me, he wanted the LCD moved to his T42. After getting it apart, we realized the LCD is different and wouldn't fit in the T42. After putting it back together, the first time I powered it on, I was able to get video on the laptop LCD, it booted successfully into Linux and everything seemed fine. Having done nothing to it since then, now I can't get video - nor will it boot into Linux (quite puzzling). I don't have time to troubleshoot this any further. Video does work on external monitor

P4-M 1.7GHz (512KB)
512MB RAM -- 60.0GB HDD
15.0 UXGA(1600x1200) TFT LCD
Floppy drive in one ultrabay
802.11b(MPCI) -- Modem(MPCI)
Ethernet(CDC) -- Bluetooth(CDC)
IEEE 1394 -- TV out
Battery (condition unknown)
WinXP Pro COA
AC adapter

There is an XP COA on the bottom of the system. The value in this system is the LCD as they are quite rare - not being the T4x LCDs.

The keyboard has some keys that are pretty worn. Otherwise, the system is in excellent condition as it was used more as a desktop than a laptop.

Pictures available upon request - I just need your email ID.

Thanks for looking -- Bob
