(USA) LF: good X30, without internal WiFi

My first ThinkPad was a X30. I sold it and got a X22 to replace it for a while, because I like using old stuff as much as is possible. The Radeon 7000 in the X22 is terrific for Microsoft Windows (even Vista/7 have stable drivers for it), but no fun with GNU/Linux. I think it is just too bad that there is no mobile chipset with Intel graphics older than 830. So I want to go back to using a X30.

It must be in all-around good condition (no big cracks, usable screen, no missing main keys, no passwords, both USB ports operational). My first X30 was missing the [pause] key; something like that is no big deal. It also must be a model without 802.11 wireless. Bluetooth is fine (if a yes BT, no WiFi, configuration even exists).
The hard disk can be of any size. At least 256 MiB of memory, preferably as a single module ("the better to upgrade from"). I'd prefer a model made in 2002 over 2003, but that is probably the least important of preferences. I hope to find one for under eighty USD, shipped.

Please include the model TYPE and YY/MM after serial number with your offers.

Im on an X30 with uBuntu 10.04 I have not fiddled with the drivers, but Im not that impressed with with the video. On 10.04 its a bit buggy. On the x31 its perfect. Not sure what distro your thinking about. But the x30 may be a little too old. It also has an Intel 2100b card that worked flawless out of the box. I think I have $50.00 total invested.
