LF: an original Macbook Air 80GB hard disk

I know it's a long shot but they worked out before a few times. I'm looking to buy a working 80GB hard disk from the original Rev A Macbook Air. It's a SAMSUNG 1.8 80GB ZIF PATA, model HS082HB. I'm also looking for cable that goes to motherboard as well as the metal holder that holds the disk to the body. Please let me know if what you have and how much with shipping in USA. Thank you.
