This is an Lenovo ThinkPad original AC/DC Combo Adapter with both cords. P/N 73P4502. It's the older 16v output variety for machines up through the T4x, R5x, X4x generation, so will not do any of the newer machines that need 20v. Great shape with a few surface scratches.
