EXCHANGE T43P parts for T60P motherboard

I have a near working T43P thinkpad that was in use till now in parts...
WHOLE LAPTOP is still intact:-
however its does not power on ...but following items have been tested to work
on another T43P:
battery ( 7 cycles )
Dvd RW model - writes Dvds - works nicely
Power Adaptor

etc



NOTE::
will EXCHANGE for T60P motherboard - 2007-8GU model - (ati option one)
