I have the original 1GB out of a TP T61p, 6459 model (part # 40Y7734) as well as 1GB of equivilent 3rd party memory for sale.

Would be willing to trade for 2 x 1GB PC2700 for a TP T42, model 2378.
Or will take offers (please be reasonable with the offers).
