WTT: 80GB IDE laptop HDD for SATA laptop HDD

I have a Seagate 80GB 5400RPM 2.5" IDE hard drive. I would like to trade it for a 2.5" SATA drive of equal or greater capacity.
I also have a 60GB 5400RPM Hitachi Travelstar if you'd prefer that drive.
I also need 1GB sticks of DDR2 PC2-5300 RAM. Around 4 sticks.
