Looks like it's designed to slip into the Dell equivalent of an Ultrabay. Found abandoned by the prior tenant in my office. Condition unknown, but I do get all five green LEDs to light when pressing the battery test button on the top.

EDIT: Let's make it $10 shipped CONUS.
