You are looking at a IBM ThinkPad T61 laptop in very good condition with some scratches on the cover from normal use. Runs great. I keep trying to accept a widescreen laptop with no luck.

Does it get hot? About a third of the time I'm on the couch with the laptop in my (of all places) lap, and while I'd love to leap forward into C2D/SATA land, and like the 14" widescreen format, couldn't do what my wife does with her 17" HP - it sits on a cooler all the time to keep the temps down. That's just dumb. Poor engineering IMO.

No Dave, it really doesn't get hot. With integrated graphics the laptop for the most part can get warm, depending on what you're doing. Heat is no problem.
