Sold to forum member. Thanks!
I have a ThinkPad R52, type 1859-6VU, for sale, after my sister ditched it for a MacBook
Current specs are as follows:
Pentium M 735 (1.7GHz)
1GB RAM (2x512MB PC2-4200)
40GB 5400rpm HDD (Hitachi Travelstar 5K100)
15in 1024x768 LCD
Intel 900
24x24x24x/8x CD-RW/DVD
Intel 802.11bg wireless(MPCI)
Modem(CDC)
1Gb Ethernet(LOM)
UltraNav
Secure Chip
IEEE 1394
6c Li-Ion batt (not in the green, holds about a 1:35 charge if I remember correctly)
The unit has been upgraded from the original specs, but all work was done properly (parts cleaned, no missing screws, etc). I have personally replaced the LCD bezel, wireless card, touchpad, and keyboard within the last year. The unit is in great physical shape, the only flaws being a (glued) crack on the front left corner of the palmrest and some shine to the keyboard. Everything functions perfectly.
It currently has a fully-legal and genuine installation of Windows 7 Professional on it, but I can install Windows XP Professional if you would prefer it. These are volume licenses, not pirated junk. These pass Genuine Advantage.
Looking to get $130 or so, plus S&H from 44116. Let me know if you're interested, and don't be afraid to shoot me an offer.
Thanks!
