The BIOS has been upgraded to a Win7 SLIC 2.1 BIOS with the wireless whitelist removed and the SATA II unlocked.
It has a 100GB 7200rom HDD (FRU 39T2649) not a 160GB but all other specs are the same as when it shipped from lenovo.
The bad.
The machine had a cracked LCD, bottom cover and a broken right LCD latch.
I replaced the LCD with one pulled out of a Dell D830 it's a nice LCD, no bad pixels but not an IBM part.
The bottom cover and LCD bezel are both cracked and the right LCD latch need to be replaced.
The frame is cracked but it's in the center near the SD reader, I think it's serviceable if the base were to be replaced.
This is a nice well optioned T61p that needs maybe $50.00 worth of plastic to be good as new. Obviously none of these parts would be able to be replaced under easy serve but if you were to do a good job repairing it the warranty can be extended over the phone and all IBM parts would be covered in case of failure.

I have copies of both the T61p Vista and T61p XP recovery CD's and will recover the machine with either one at the buyers request.
