They do need to have a x1400 up card.
any RAM/harddrive size( or none) is welcome, screen can be 14'' doesnt matter.

Any condition as long as its fully functional laptop.

it's almost 4:00am here so I'm not digging them out but I have about 1/2 dozen T60 and t60p's 14 and 15inch XGA, SXGA+ and UXGA are you in the 200 dollar range or 500 range?
About the only thing I don't have are any with WWAN
