WTB: W98/ME or NT4.0 recovery disks for T23 or T4X

I need to set up a W95/W98/W-ME or NT4.0 machine for a kid to play old games. Easiest way would be to find a recovery disk set for one of the thinkpads I already own.

I have lots of old NT, 98 and 95 disks but the oldest I have for a T23 is Win2k.
I have 95 and NT for a T20 if that would help.
T60p/x32/t42p/a31p and about 100 more 8)
