A bit of shine on the keyboard and a bit of wear (shiny) on the left corner of the palmrest near centrino sticker) but no undue wear and tear.
It's exactly as Lenovo shipped it but the BIOS has been upgraded with the SATA II mod with SLIC 2.1 and the WWAN whitelist.
The ThinkPad 49+ (6 cell) Battery is green with a full charge capacity of 41.57Wh left out of 43.2 Wh design capacity. (2 to 4 hours run time depending on use)
The battery has 142 cycles and a first used date of 11/08
The windows Vista Ultimate COA is still on the bottom but I've been running Win7 Ultimate 64bit since the day I bought the machine.
Per forum rules I will ship the drive with no OS but talk to me about my extensive collection of recovery CD's I'll thow in a set of your choosing free of charge with this purchase.
This machine will not dissapoint.

I'd like to note noticed there is a hairline crack in the LCD bezel near the lower left corner.
My intention is to replace this prior to shipping with a new one but I'm willing to make a consession on the sale price as it is.
