T43 Windows XP Pro reinstall

Hi, I have a T43 (2669) that got its hard disk wiped out (forgotten pointsec password). If has a COA Win XP Pro sticker stuck to the bottom. I have ubuntu installed on it, but would like to install XP Pro on it as well.

Is there a place where I can get/download the recovery disks for this machine. (Lenovo FRU 39K9211) My google search did come with few sites that sell disks or let you download. But I prefer to get these recovery disks from someone who has no use for them any more. I did try to install using what I thought was OEM Win XP Pro but it did not accept my COA product key as valid.

Any advice on how to proceed?

Just buy a set of disks...you'll be happy you did...

I was able to reinstall Windows XP SP3, validate the license from bottom of machine and get drivers.
