WTB: Parts for T60/T61 hybrid

Hello. I am looking for affordable parts for the T60/T61 project I have posted about in a separate thread.

• 42W2821. T61 14.1" standard 4:3 screen Heatsink with fan for Intel Integrated motherboard. I was told that I need to use a thermal pad for the GPU part of the heatsink. If you have this as well, or you can tell me what dimensions I should look for, that would be great.
• 41W1155. USB Sub card for T60/T61 non-wide motherboard.

Pointers to other potential sources also welcome!
