This would be a good choice as a spare battery. I got this item on a dead machine I bought for the screen. This is an aftermarket (Chinese knock-off) oversized battery. The reason I don't like aftermarket batteries is that then never fit right. In this case, the battery sits about 1/8" low, so the machine won't fit into the dock when the battery is installed. If you need a spare battery to carry for travelling or don't use a dock, this has only been charged 21 times. The power manager says the battery will charge to 54.85 Watt-hours. I didn't do a run-down test so I have no idea if this is correct. It is too good to just recycle and I would like it to go to a good home.
