WTB: Panasonic 9-cell for T4x in good condition

My sister would like to start using the T42 2373-F7G as her school laptop in about a month, when she starts college. As the current 6-cell is almost dead, I am looking for the highest capacity, highest quality battery for a T4x, which is this one. Originally made for T43, it has a higher rating (7.2Ah compared to 6.6Ah for original T42 batteries), and Panasonic should last far better than Sanyo.

Since it seems this FRU is no longer manufactured, and I am almost sure all the current replacements are Sanyo crap, I'd like to give a shot at finding the original one.

Looking for a battery in good condition - i.e. one where the full charge capacity has not degraded much compared to design. Will pay via Paypal, and seller will have to ship to Israel. Would like to keep it under $50 shipped (so as not to pay customs), but will be willing to negotiate.

Found this eBay listing which looked like exactly what I need (almost too good to be true), but they did not respond to my inquiries and now it's ended:

Edit: Will also consider original T4x 6.6Ah Panasonic - FRU 92P1061, as long as the remaining capacity is good (>=60Wh).
