LENOVO Outlet - anyone know when they refresh their site?

I was looking at the Lenovo Outlet yesterday (FRIDAY evening) and they seemed to have a bunch of *inexpensive* machines, like a pretty decent T400 for $400. Most were 1-only and when I clicked through them, they were "0 inventory" and appeared to have been already sold. Does anyone know if there is a set time the outlet refreshes their website stock, or is it semi-random? In other words, is there a better day/time to look?
