FS (Aust): HP TC1100 hybrid tablet PCs (price drop)

I have a few HP/Compaq TC1100 Tablet PCs to sell. These are quite old, but have something of a cult following within Tablet PC circles for their unique hybrid form-factor. They're also somewhat popular among ThinkPadders, as the keyboard has a relatively good Trackpoint-style implementation, rather than a trackpad
These can work both a 1.8kg convertible Tablet PC (with swivel display hinge), or detach the keyboard to make it a lighter 1.4kg slate Tablet PC.

I have three to sell, each of which is a slightly different spec and condition. All prices include platinum express postage to anywhere in Australia. I am happy to ship internationally (at postage cost) but for these laptops I'm not sure the postage charges (and high AUD) would make it worth your while.
Common specifications:
10" 1024x768 IPS display
nVidia GeForce Go 420 graphics
802.11b wireless (Intel)
Bluetooth
2xUSB 2.0, VGA, modem, LAN, SD card, audio in/out/line, PCMCIA
Genuine Windows XP Tablet COA
All original discs - Windows XP Tablet, drivers, etc.
Genuine HP AC charger (new)
Genuine HP stylus (Wacom type)
Spare stylus nib set
Spare keyboard Trackpoint cap set
All HDDs formatted with WinXP factory preload + SP3.
All batteries hold a charge and capacity checked with NHC.
Tablet #1
Condition: generally excellent, except for a light ~3cm scratch on the writing surface. Does not affect usability, nor is it visible when the LCD is in operation. Everything works AOK.
Pentium-M, 1.1GHz ULV
1.5GB RAM (1GB+512M)
60GB hard disk, 7200rpm
Detachable keyboard
Leather case
Price... AU$250
Tablet #2
Condition: generally excellent; in one part (near the stylus well) the chrome paint is starting to flake. Everything works AOK.
Pentium-M, 1.0GHz ULV
1.0GB RAM (512M+512M)
40GB hard disk, 4200rpm
Detachable keyboard
Leather case
Price... AU$200
Tablet #3
Condition: used and cosmetically excellent; I don't think the little port for the detachable keyboard works anymore, apart from that it's AOK. Think of it as a Wacom-based iPad that runs Windows XP.
Pentium-M, 1.0GHz ULV
512MB RAM (512M+empty)
40GB hard disk, 4200rpm
Flexible "book cover" style protective screen cover.
Price... AU$150
