possible trade: T400s for your X201

I have a T400s 2801-CTO:
* Core 2 Duo SP9400 (2.4GHz)
* 4GB DDR3 (2x2GB)
* 120gb spindle hdd
* 14.1" WXGA+ (1440x900) LED-backlit LCD, 300 nits brightness, 300:1 contrast ratio
* DVD-RW optical drive
* UltraBay hdd caddy
* Intel 5300 WiFi
* Bluetooth
* Fingerprint reader
* Webcam
* 6-cell battery, "green" condition, 66 cycles
* Warranty still has 2 years of depot service
* Windows 7 Ultimate 64 license with COA
* 65-watt AC adapter
It's 11 month old, in flawless condition. I'm very happy with this computer, but want to move back to the 12-inch form factor.
I'm looking to work out some kind of trade for and X201 or X201s.
