Original description: P M 780(2.26GHz), 1GB RAM, 100GB 7200rpm HD, 14.1in 1400x1050 LCD, 128MB ATI FireGL V3200, CDRW/DVDRW, Intel 802.11bg wireless, Bluetooth/Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader, 9c Li-Ion batt, WinXP Pro

I upgraded it to:
-2gb RAM
-320gb Western Digital 320gb 5400RPM IDE drive (largest and fastest available for this laptop, since the HDD is not from IBM, there is a double-beep and warning message at boot. -Intel® PRO/Wireless 2915ABG wireless card
-NMB keyboard
I replaced the battery in March 2009. It has 110 cycles on it, and is still in "Good" condition, with 87% of it's original design capacity available.
I also swapped the heatsink and fan for a brand-new, original IBM heatsink and fan in August 2010.
I do not have the 9 cell battery any longer.

I am including the laptop, 72w AC power adapter, and DVD Multi+ DVD-RW.
There is a legible Windows XP Pro COA on the bottom side of the laptop. The HDD will be formatted before shipping.

Cosmetically, the laptop is in good condition.
Here are some cosmetic issues, do not affect functionality:
Hairline crack in palmrest, above PCMCIA card, next to KB
Hairline crack in palmrest, in middle of computer, under the TrackPad
Hairline crack in plastic between the 2x USB ports on left rear of laptop
Gray mark in upper righthand side of LCD, visible in a light background
There are no other scuffs or scratches on the LCD
The LCD is bright and has no instance or red or yellowing.
