i'm selling the samsung MLC SSD from my X301. it's a second-gen SATA 3Gbps drive and FAST. benchmark results below.

firmware: VBM1EL1Q
capacity: 128GB (119.24GiB)
lenovo FRU: 45N7953
date code: 1014
this is a 1.8" drive and will fit in an X300/X301 or T400s/T410s. it will also fit in other SATA-based thinkpads with an adapter. if you need a 1.8" to 2.5" adapter then i have an original lenovo one available.
