Warranty on Lenovo Outlet offers?

There are some good offers on R500 on lenovo outlet, e.g. http://outlet.lenovo.com/laptops/thinkp ... 36xed.html . As i understand, its model number is 2716-CTO, and serial number is R836XED, am i right?
Then, on warranty lookup i can see that there is 3-year warranty from april 2010 until april 2013 (it seems that these machines were produced on april 2010 and then remained in some stock until today). Also, it seems from lenovo site that there is international warranty on 2716 type machines.
However, on that lenovo outlet page in question they say "Limited Warranty 1 Year Standard".
So, what is the real warranty on such offers?

Thanks

Any machine from the outlet will have a one year warranty, with the option to extend it in one year increments.

The warranty is voided if item is resold or sold overseas.

So, does this applies to all types of laptops sold in outlet (including "redistributed" and "new")? I understand that it says "All outlet PCs", but still it is weird.

Yes, it applies to all machines sold there. They used to offer 3 year warranties as a warranty extension option but stopped it some time ago. It caused a bit of a stir in the community. At least now they offer 1 year incremental extensions.
