I figure I'll try these here before going to eBay since they're all Thinkpad parts. Here is the list:

T2x:
1. 1GHz CPU (100FSB) for T22 + mirrored heatsink - $10
2. Ultrabay 2000 CDRW/DVDROM drive - $20
3. Ultrabay 2000 floppy drive - $5
4. Ultrabay 2000 second hard disk bay - $20

T40-42: bag o' parts I collected when fixing them
1. 2 short heatsinks (at least one should work)
2. touchpad with buttons
3. set of speakers
4. internal metal Ultrabay slot
5. set of PCMCIA slots
6. plastic internal piece that goes on hard disk and hold battery (included)
7. LCD cable + holder
8. plastic RAM surround that goes on motherboard
9. modem board metal cradle
10. 2 complete hinges (left + right)
11. misc small pieces including battery holders, power jacks, etc
12. screen inverter
13. (optional) T4x keyboard, it has all buttons but the cable is take off and torn, probably best for parts
14. (optional) bottom shell, no motherboard or anything else, I will include a dead 6 cell battery with it if buyer needs

I'd like $20 shipped for the entire bag. I would much rather sell the whole thing together rather than part this out. Last 2 items are optional, I can throw them in for free if you need them, just add $3 for shipping.

X4x:
1. 1 original IBM/Hitachi 40GB 1.8 IDE hard disk with caddy, never used. My friend bought a 60GB disk that he used in his X41T when original drive died, then realized it was still under warranty. So he got this disk and squireled it away. The X41T is gone now, only disk is left - $52 shipped in USA -- SOLD

Newer stuff:
1. 12x256MB DDR2 PC5300 sticks, all came out of working machines, misc brands mostly Hynix and Samsung - 4 minimum, pls. $3 apiece + shipping
2. 4x256MB DDR1 PC2700 sticks, $3 apiece
2. 8x512MB DDR2 PC5300 sticks, same as above - $5 apiece + shipping - SOLD
3. Pentium M 1700 (Dothan) - $15
4. bunch of rubber pieces that go around hard disk sides (on top of caddy) for newer T6x machines - have several pairs, free with purchase

I'm very flexible regarding all this stuff and willing to work on combos of all sorts. If you want to make me an offer or combine some items don't hesitate to PM me!

Alright, looks like some things aren't selling so I'm willing to give people last chance of grabbing everything for the cost of SHIPPING. Let me know what you are interested in.
