I need a(nother!) WXGA+ (1440x900) 14.1" LCD screen for my Z61t. P/N 13N7106.

<Thinking outload> I wonder if a titanium lid would have saved me from having to replace cracked LCDs twice in 6 months... </>

My titanium lid did not save mine.

A tip I learned: you can use a panel from a Dell Latitude D620. You will have to remove the inverter panel attached to the frame, but its not too hard and D620 panels are more widely available than Z61t panels. T61 panels are compatible as well.

Any ebay seller selling a new panel is selling a generic brand panel, whether they'll admit it in the ad or not. I suggest staying away from leonworks2003. Seller lies, avoids communications, makes up ebay policies, tries to screw you over at every turn.

And the service manuals for the Dell D620 are found on this site.

Thanks for the suggestions on alternatives. Like you said, I have no interest in a generic ebay knockoff. I really lucked out when I bought my last one because someone listed a factory one at a great price and I just happened by it in time. Not sure I will get so lucky this time, so I will check out these options.

Thanks again!
