1 X Single piece 1GB PC2700 DDR333 for sale. Suitable for T41/T42/X31/X40/R50/R51 and some other series as well. I am not sure about which specific models. Memory is new. I am not trying to kill your sale but $300 and even lowered price of $260 would be high. May be in some other countries RAM prices are really high but here in US we could get 1GB RAM for under $200 in many places.
