I have been getting anywhere from 1-2 hours battery with wireless and full brightness. If you want I can swap back the original Intel 3945abg chip. HDD comes wiped out, no installation CD's, no backup partition, but COA sticker is good and valid (I removed Windows since I got the laptop). Since it is a used laptop, sold AS-IS and I guarantee no DOA. Asking for $315 shipped (Paypal, you assume the transaction charge) only lower 48 states, or $300 local pickup.

I was also wondering about the screen. On the bottom toward the left... is that a blemish on the screen or just the photo?

I believe that is part of the screen. I am not sure if it is a pressure mark or blemish as I don't know what they are called. They are only seen at an angle view, but then again, you can't seen much at an angle view anyway with this screen. I've uploaded some more photos and one where I point where the dead pixel is.
