FS: R40 motherboard+base 15" ( does not power on )

Tried to power it on, but the fan did not come on. Not sure what is wrong with it could be a bad video card, power plug or something else.

It comes in a 15" Base, CMOS battery, Fan, and 2.0GHZ / 256K ( believe it might be a celeron processor due to the cache size 256 ). The touchpad bezel cosmetically looks good. No caddies, covers , hard drives, cd or memory.

Could be useful for someone who can trouble shoot the MB.
