The cheapest Ive seen for a t42 on ebay (factory sealed) http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vi ... 29636&rd=1
is $1,200

I have an x31 that I love but the thing thats getting me down is the video memory is so low, I was considering offering my x31 in trade for a t42. I think the price is adequete but I can maybe work something out. Any one want to trade down from size and up to mobility?? Most important to me is that the t42 have a 9600 video card.

May be you should give more spec info about your X31.

its an x31 1.4ghz, 1gig of ram, 40gb HD, with port replicator. And I have a bag for it, a 12" samsonite. The most important thing I am looking for is a 9600 video card in the t42.

The cheapest 9600 is 1440 that isn't worth a x31

Can you tell me the exact model # and the serial # so that I can check remaining warranty? I am very interested. I have a 2378FVU that I am thinking of trading.
