Most of the T61s were 16:10, but a few at the start were 4:3.

Not that I'm going to buy this thing of beauty, but you omitted some important infos:
- WWAN?
- BlueTooth?
- FPR?
- brand of keyboard?
- main battery (size/status)?
- AC adapter included?

Sadly, there don't exist any 14.1" 4:3 IPS or AFFS panels, otherwise I'd have fitted one. :/

This is a very, very nice baby here. If I'm really in need for a new T60, I'm going to snatch this baby up.
My T60 with very similar specs have been serving me well since 2006.
