FT: T61 for iPad or Galaxy Tab or N1

Like the title states I am looking for either an iPad or Galaxy Tab or Nexus One AT&T
I am willing to trade my T61 with the specs as follows
(2) 9 cell batteries. both under 10 cycles of use
(1) 6 cell battery. currently I don't know how many cycles it has in it but I know it holds 2+ hours charge
A/B/G wireless. Thinkpad branded
Bluetooth
Fingerprint reader
Webcam w/ light
4GB of ram
320GB 5400rpm HDD
2.0GHz C2D
AC/DC charger. Lenovo brand. Can charge in the car or in the house
screen is 14.1 widescreen wxga+
Nvidia 140m
OS is Windows 7 Ultimate Genuine. Have disk and key
This computer was recently worked on by lenovo and has had the motherboard replaced, keyboard replaced, palmrest replaced, and wifi card replaced. Can show documentation of all of it if needed. There are a few scratches on the top but nothing too noticeable. Overall cosmetically 9 out of 10.
