Rebuild/replace/trade T-series drive bay battery?

Ganglia,

The 6-cell is at 60 percent of capacity when fully-charged and the drive bay battery is now useless at only 19 percent. Does anyone rebuild or sell these in new or reconditioned? How about 6-cell, 9-cell or drive bay sizes.

Any suggestions, or trades?
