I believe both FRU 39T7178 and 42T3273 are Chicony models but unfortunately I don't know the exact differences in them.

The LCD size info was added for convenience, nothing else. In retrospect, maybe I should have done that with all the items.

Actually, ~6x series keyboards are physically same for all models, unlike what we've seen on T4x/R5x generation...they fit all machines regardless of LCD size...
