I have an X60s laptop that is partially gutted but comes with the CPU. I've done a preliminary check (boot to XP Pro, check LCD, check cosmetics). The system boots into BIOS and XP. The LCD has a few small nicks in the center of the LCD that aren't visible when the system is powered on. The LCD bezel has a small crack in it. The PCMCIA cover is missing and part of the plastic is broken off below where the cover would be. This system is not under warranty. I built one up like this for myself and am quite happy with the system - of course, I put in a nice 500G Hitachi SATA drive to store all of my pictures.

This Thinkpad X60s comes with:
