Price check on my T40

I got a T40 here that I might sell, as I'd like to get a new X for my girlfriend. Could anyone tell me how much they think my T40 might fetch?
Specs are:

2374-PG2
Pentium-M 1.5
1 GB RAM
60 GB 7200 HD
14.1 XGA
Ati 7500
IBM DVD-R Multiburner
Cisco Wireless
Gigabit Ethernet
In Perfect condition
Next day On-site warranty till 2007

Mind you, this is in Europe, so American prices don't apply here (unfortunately...)

Oh, and I am still looking for an open bay T4x or X3x, let me know if you offer any.

Thanks
Stavros

Stavros,

I know this is going to sound weird but check eBay for units similar to your's in the completed auctions, whatever they sold for in US$ that's very close to what they'll sell for in the UK in quid!

James

i'd say in the range of $1200-$1300USD... but you might be able to get a hundred or so more for it

$1259.10 will get you a new T42 from IBM with the Mastercard discount.

It is a bit stripped in terms of RAM and warantee but it does has wifi b/g, 1G ethernet and it is new.

...and also IN THE US. Check the UK IBM site (where something like the 2378-FVU goes for around $3500) and you will understand why I am asking for European prices....

Hence why I said that if it sells for US$1500 over here it will sell for ~1500 pounds over there!

Yes James, I was not talking about your helpful response, but the next two responses. In fact, when I was in the UK (I am in NL now) I was well aware of that conversion trick, it helped me quite a few times. I have not been in the Netherlands too long to know the prices well, but from what I've seen in Germany they tend to be slightly better than the UK, so I might use these as a guideline.

Oh and thanks everyone for replying!
