LF: T60 14.1 SXGA+ LCD and more

I have an nice XGA T60 with X1300 I'd like to upgrade to SXGA+. Looking for a compatible screen in good condition. Must have no damage, scratches, white spots, etc and be in good working condition.

I would also be interested in a docking station for the same system as well as 4GB (2x2GB PC5300/6400) DDR2 RAM.
