Two 256MB (512MB total) PC133 High Density (four chips per side) SoDIMMs. One is an IBM branded SoDIMM, the other is a generic that I purchased from eBay a while back. Both work perfectly and have been in a Thinkpad T23 for the past couple of years without issue. Memtest86+ gives them both a clean bill of health. $15 shipped for both.

Also, I have a Belkin F5D7010 PCMCIA NIC that I'm not using. $8 shipped.
