I see in my son's eyes, each day, the wonders I have squandered fortunes to possess and have sought my entire lifetime to attain. jrr 09/2011

Thanks Ron, that's something I could put on my old TP and check out, I still want the physical Ibook or Powerbook. I might be able to sell some old textbooks and offer a little more for one, money's pretty tight right now.

Doing research on these old Apples makes me respect them a little more just because of how little they've changed, similar to ThinkPads. The old Ibook G3 that came out around 99 looks strikingly similar to the newest Macbooks, which is something I really like. I'm a Windows man, and it'll always be vastly superior to Apple in my eyes, but there are certain things about Apple that intrigue me and I'd really like to learn about so I can be a more well rounded IT guy.

I have a 12" G4 I could sell for $50 shipped. I haven't messed with it much, but it seems to need a GPU reflow/replacement. PM me if you're interested.

PM sent, who would of thought the only response from anyone regarding an Apple computer would be in a ThinkPad forum! :) Another reason why this is my favorite place regarding computers!
