Got this off eBay when I had something in which it would fit; don’t have anything now. It is still in the original shrink wrap but I think the vendor said it was a pull. I never opened it.
Since I can’t list something for sale without a price, and I have no idea what it might be worth, the asking price is $40.00; or the highest offer received up until noon PST Saturday, February 19, 2011. Of course, if someone wants it for the $40.00 any time before that [including Priority mail to any US ZIP] it will be sold.
