This machine is in perfect condition. No scratches, worn edges, deal pixels, etc. Zero keyboard, palmrest and touchpad wear. It has sat on a desk most of it's life and been used very gently. Comes with original box, manuals and power adapter. Asking 550 shipped obo.

Currently installed is a T61 keyboard (no flex) with zero wear. Buyer is also welcome to the original T400 I never really used.

If this is the machine in your sig, the COA on the bottom is for WinVista Bus 64. Per the forum rules; ANY thinkpad offered for sale with anything other than the original OS as shipped MUST state whether there is an original CD containing that OS and that it goes with that thinkpad. ALSO, if any additional software is offered as part of the sale the original media or license key MUST come with that thinkpad and the listing for that thinkpad MUST say as much. (added 19-apr-2009) To be blunt here, NO hacked OS's and/or commercial software will be sold on this forum.

Is that an aftermarket LCD? Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought only the WXGA (1280x800) were led backlit.

T400's had offered CCFL or LED for both WXGA and WXGA+ displays. There were four choices!
