I have a 15" T60 base in perfect condition for sale. $25 shipped to the US. Paypal

Forgive my ignorance, but are the 15" T60 and T60p mechanicals the same?

By mechanicals I assume you are talking about the internal frame and plastic base. If so, the answer is yes, they are the same for a 15" T60 and a 15" T60P. Fundamentally with regard to base features, the only difference between a T60 and a T60P is the GPU and the LCD, and the LCD can be the same in some models. If we look at CTO features, then there are differences.

Thanks for the confirmation. I'm considering this as a replacement part for a T60p that I'm re-building. I might be able to use the existing chassis, but if not I might pick this up. Good luck with the sale!

I am actually looking for a 15" palmrest w/ fingerprint. Not so picky about the condition as long as it's still usable and not badly cracked...
