WTB - 512mb memory modules for a T-23

#1 Post by Majestic » Thu Mar 10, 2011 10:03 am

Title says it all, I'm looking for a couple of 512mb memory modules to max out my T-23. I found an e-Bay seller offering $20 a piece w/shipping, but I thought I would throw a little business here first if someone had a surplus.

I'm assuming the T-23 will take either high or low density modules.

Appreciate any responses.

T23 will indeed take both lo- and hi-density.
You will hardly find RAM modules cheaper than $20.-.
Most of us paid a lot more than that, and are hanging on to them for dear life... (at least I do).
Lovely day for a Guinness! (The Real Black Stuff)

Thanks for the info RBS. I also ran across one of your old forum postings from last year recommending an e-Bay seller. Most helpful.

The price looks good, but had to double check on the low density as I wasn't sure. It's been a while since I dealt with memory upgrades on my Thinkpads. I'll give this ad another day and if there is no more activity I'll venture over to e-Bay. Thanks again!
