TRADED with forum member: Near Mint T41 with R51 motherboard transplant and several excellent upgrades. This is one T4x machine that will never suffer from a loose GPU! I swapped out the motherboard with an R51 motherboard that uses an integrated Intel graphics chipset. It works perfectly and is in near mint condition. Please see this thread for more info about this type of upgrade --> http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=65505

The LCD is very bright and has no dead pixels/scratches/hot spots. The hinges are excellent. The plastics, palmrest, keyboard and case are near mint with only slight evidence of wear. There are a couple of light scuffs and cover corner wear. The battery is from a T43 and is in excellent condition, see statistics below. I've upgraded the CPU, optical drive, added Bluetooth, memory and hard drive. The hard drive is a 40GB 5400rpm Samsung, which is the most silent IDE mechanical drive that I've experienced. This machine is fast, cool and very quiet. The keyboard is NMB (a.k.a. Thai, preferred). I replaced the IBM decals with the Lenovo T-Series decals and the machine looks just like a T60/T61.

This is an awesome, reliable T4x machine and one that IBM/Lenovo should have offered to the public. (This is the original machine that I built and discussed in the thread linked above.) I'm sorry to see it go, but I just have too many machines and I don't use this one much at all.
