Hi all!

I was given an X40 that has a bad keyboard (when plugged in all it does is beep constantly) and it also lacked a hard drive. So in order to get it to work I need:

• A working keyboard (I don't care if it is missing some keys, and I have all the keys on the non-working one).
  A hard drive (preferably 40gb or bigger) and its mounting caddy (though the caddy is not imperative).

I'd rather trade for these things than buy them because I am not sure if the rest of the laptop works, so would prefer not to sink money into it.

I have the following to offer for trade

• Palm rest bezel in perfect condition for an X31 (I have 2)
  Keyboard for an X31 (works perfectly and is in mint condition)
  A battery for an X31 - The software on my working X31 says it has only been through about 130 charge cycles and it appears to work fine.
  256Mb DDR PC-2700 SODimms (I have 4, they all work)
  Memory cover for an X31 (with Windows XP Pro COA, I have 2).
  Heat sink and fans for a laptop (I have 2 and believe that these came from two X31)
  CMOS Batteries (2, from X31s)

Basically I had 3 X31 systems and I managed to combine them into one working system, but I scrapped most of the other two but saved what is above.
