The pictures show it running Win7 Ultimate with 2GB RAM. Is that the way it will be delivered? Including Win7 with a valid license? Is the HDD the original or something else?

Just a quick question. You say " Battery is not recognized", Does it show that the battery is charging OR is it an after market battery that is not recognized and does not charge?

Also you are keeping the Hard drive,But are you going to include the Caddy and cover with the machine?

it is the OEM battery and it charges however the computer is not able to completely recognize it. caddy and cover included.

it has just recently been replaced with a brand new 9cell battery that is recognized. over 3hrs on first charge
