WTB: W510, W700, or W701

I have a friend of mine in need of a high-end Thinkpad for 3D work. He's an architect and needs a large screen but really would like to avoid the lousy viewing angles we've seen on the T400/500 machines. If anyone here has a W5x-W7x machine with good specs and a screen with good enough viewing angles and color I'd be very interested. We don't expect flexview obviously but need a better panel than the low contrast junk that's been making the rounds. Price range is $1500-$2200 max. Anyone got something?

You'll want to get the FHD screen, which does have better viewing angles (though not as good as flexview/IPS). If you can't find one from a forum member here's a good deal:
