I have for sale a ThinkPad 600X with a bad keyboard. It is model # 2645-4EU and powers up with an AC adapter (not included) to the BIOS. It is missing the hard drive and a few port covers but otherwise looks to be a good working LCD and motherboard. Includes CD-ROM, memory door with 98 SE coa, battery (untested) and hard drive cover. $20 shipped USPS Priority in a flat rate box. See pic below. Ready to ship same day payment is received.
