LF: X200 Fan

I'm hoping someone has X200 parts which includes a fan.

My machine is an X200 7459-FL3 that has a 2.4 Penryn Core2Duo. I looked through the HMM and it seems that a FRU 45N4782 would work with my machine. The fan on my X200 makes a rattling sound when I tilt the laptop. It shouldn't do this and doesn't sound good. I'm afraid it may give out completely at the wrong time! Please PM me if you can help.
